Meet the Staff

Key Person

When your child joins pre-school, one of the staff will be chosen as their key person. A key person has special responsibility for a small number of children within the group. Each key person has a special duty to their individual children and will ensure that their particular needs are recognised.

It is the aim of the key person to build up a good rapport with parents and children. Records of your child's development are kept and their progress monitored. Parents can request access to this information at any time.

All staff and volunteers are aware of the pre-school policy on confidentiality.
